Design, build, operate, and maintain scalable alerting backend systems. Drive features end-to-end, contribute to open-source, participate in on-call rotations, mentor teammates, and collaborate remotely to improve reliability, performance, and alert evaluation at scale.

Manage and develop a distributed team of backend and frontend engineers working on observability collection products, including Fleet Management, Kubernetes Monitoring Helm Chart, and Instrumentation Hub. Partner with product, engineering leadership, and go-to-market teams to deliver customer-focused solutions. Guide projects from ideation through launch, foster psychological safety and continuous improvement, and contribute across team boundaries.

Develop and communicate quantified business value for Grafana products and services. Responsibilities include collaborating with customers, building ROI and TCO models, analyzing data, creating value narratives, enabling sales teams through training and content, and partnering with account executives, solutions engineers, observability architects, and cross-functional GTM teams. The role also supports strategic partnerships and requires customer-facing communication from technical to executive audiences.
