Lead shift-level warehouse operations including picking/packing, inbound receiving, stock management, cycle counts, managing delivery partner interactions, resolving order issues, training staff, maintaining warehouse compliance, and supporting onsite health and safety.

Lead Data Analyst responsible for advanced analytics, quantitative analysis, experimentation, and commercial modeling. Partner with Data Engineering to implement scalable pipelines, drive insights into decision-making, and embed customer research into operations. Mentor analysts, build data literacy, and influence cross-functional strategic and tactical decisions.

Perform warehouse duties including picking and packing orders, receiving and reconciling shipments, inventory management, re-shelving canceled orders, maintaining FIFO to manage waste/spoilage, cleaning/organizing the site, and coordinating with delivery riders and customers for substitutions.
