Pick and pack customer orders, receive and verify vendor products, manage inventory and canceled orders, maintain warehouse cleanliness, control waste using FIFO practices, and coordinate with customers and delivery riders regarding substitutions or unavailable items.

Lead shift-level warehouse operations including picking/packing, inbound receiving, stock management, cycle counts, managing delivery partner interactions, resolving order issues, training staff, maintaining warehouse compliance, and supporting onsite health and safety.

Perform warehouse duties including picking and packing orders, receiving and reconciling shipments, inventory management, re-shelving canceled orders, maintaining FIFO to manage waste/spoilage, cleaning/organizing the site, and coordinating with delivery riders and customers for substitutions.
