Lead complex enterprise SaaS sales for customers managing 1,500+ properties. Build strategic account plans, run MEDDPICC discovery, manage multi-stakeholder deals through legal/procurement, and help scale the Enterprise GTM playbook alongside ABM and SDR support.

Build and lead a new SDR function: design strategy and playbooks, hire and mentor early-career SDRs, run hybrid outbound (Enterprise ABM and Mid-Market), implement and manage sales tech and AI tools, and drive top-of-funnel pipeline reporting to Head of Sales.

Provide technical support and operational ownership for Contracts and Payments systems, handling agent onboarding, bespoke document branding, troubleshooting using SQL and in-house tools, and resolving/escalating issues via phone and email. Monitor, maintain and optimise platform workflows, manipulate text/configurations with precision, and prioritise high-impact tasks under tight deadlines.
