Hands-on RevOps Analyst building and maintaining dashboards, configuring Salesforce, improving data quality across Salesforce/HubSpot/Planhat, analysing pipeline/renewals/retention, testing automations and working cross-functionally to improve commercial processes.

Manage assigned and shared B2B accounts to drive retention and upsell growth. Use data-driven account reviews to educate customers, capture feedback for product improvement, and collaborate cross-functionally to enhance customer experience.

Build and lead a new SDR function: design strategy and playbooks, hire and mentor early-career SDRs, run hybrid outbound (Enterprise ABM and Mid-Market), implement and manage sales tech and AI tools, and drive top-of-funnel pipeline reporting to Head of Sales.
