Create polished, on-brand graphic design for social media, digital channels, email, web, reports, marketing collateral, campaigns, and events. Adapt campaign creative across formats, maintain templates and marketing materials, collaborate with the marketing team, incorporate feedback, and develop skills in typography, layout, hierarchy, color, and composition.

Own and build Goodlord’s partner marketing strategy, including partner prioritization, joint value propositions, co-marketing campaigns, launches, content, events, webinars, and enablement materials. Manage partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline targets, measure performance, and collaborate with Sales, Partnerships, and external marketing teams to drive commercial growth.

Owns end-to-end People Operations, systems, data, payroll processes, benefits, compliance, onboarding, offboarding, reward infrastructure, and colleague experience. Leads continuous process improvement through data analysis, workflow configuration, automation, and AI experimentation. Manages a People Operations Specialist and collaborates with People, Talent, Finance, Payroll, and Technology teams. Responsibilities include pay reviews, salary benchmarking, banding, benefits administration, and gender pay gap reporting.
