Provides HR administration across the employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, contracts, employee records, compliance checks, payroll coordination, leavers, reporting, and HR projects. Handles confidential employee information, responds to HR queries, audits files, monitors probation and documentation, and supports care homes and the Support Office.

Clean resident rooms, bathrooms, toilets, furniture, carpets, equipment, and communal areas; control odors, germs, and infestations; handle waste according to disposal procedures; follow COSHH, health and safety, and care standards regulations; and maintain confidentiality.
