Manage end-to-end recruitment across US, EMEA, and APAC with emphasis on direct sourcing, targeted outreach, and building talent pipelines. Partner with hiring managers, manage volume and specialist hires, maintain ATS data and metrics, and ensure compliance with local employment regulations.

Own and evolve the company's core SaaS business applications (CRM, ERP/finance, HRIS, ticketing). Lead integrations, data synchronisation, access controls, vendor management, and user adoption. Drive automation and AI adoption across Delivery while ensuring security, compliance, and reliable operations.

Lead Customer Success to own onboarding, vendor-managed delivery, and client-portal support. Build scalable playbooks, manage vendor SLAs and performance, drive client advocacy and escalation, ensure compliance integration, and mentor teams to deliver high retention, fast time-to-live, and high client satisfaction.
