Responsibilities include sourcing, candidate engagement, interview coordination, offer negotiation, sales compensation communication, global compliance coordination, hiring manager consultation, and ATS pipeline tracking. The role partners with HR, payroll, compensation, finance, and legal teams while supporting cross-border hiring in a global SaaS environment.

Lead end-to-end TUPE business transfers across the UK and Ireland, including employee consultations, representative elections, data audits, risk assessment, benefits and pension alignment, employee relations, documentation, and post-transfer integration. Advise EOR clients on employment law, compliance, harmonization, performance management, and compensation changes. Manage external providers and legal advisors, support HR operations, and drive automation of transfer processes.
