Advise EOR clients on employment law, compliance, harmonization, performance management, and compensation changes. Manage external providers and legal advisors, support HR operations, and drive automation of transfer processes.

Own enterprise sales for G-P Gia, developing new business, prospecting strategic clients, leading consultative sales cycles, building executive relationships, collaborating cross-functionally, managing forecasts and quotas, and presenting financial value models. The role requires closing complex, high-value SaaS contracts using methodologies such as MEDDPICC, Challenger, or Sandler, with occasional in-person events.
