Provides broad, commercially focused legal and compliance advice across a global ecommerce group. Responsibilities include cross-border corporate transactions, M&A, capital markets, reorganizations, debt financing, regulatory compliance, disputes, employment, intellectual property, and commercial contracts. The counsel will manage external lawyers, advise senior executives and regional teams, mitigate risk, and support strategic business initiatives across multiple countries.

Lead Group Corporate Treasury for a multinational ecommerce group: manage banking relationships, liquidity, funding, debt, FX and treasury risk; oversee central and regional treasury teams; improve governance, controls, reporting, and automation; support corporate finance and audit activities.
