The Director of Commercial Operations will lead revenue operations, provide strategic insights, implement sales methodologies, and drive performance management to enhance efficiency and productivity.

Lead end-to-end client searches to source board members and operating advisors for private equity clients across EMEA. Drive business development, scale EMEA revenue, recruit senior executives into GLG’s network, manage 1-2 associates, and improve internal workflows and placement processes.

Serve as the subject-matter expert for GLG's Expert Content Library, API feeds, and MCP solutions. Lead client demos, support GTM with commercial teams, manage pipeline and reporting in SFDC, and translate technical ingestion and AI use cases into commercial outcomes while coordinating across product, legal, compliance, and sales.
