As a Backend Engineer, you'll improve Git and Gitaly by contributing features, bug fixes, and performance improvements, collaborating with the open source community, and participating in architectural discussions.

Provide technical support to large GitLab customers, troubleshoot complex Linux/GitLab/CI/CD issues, perform low-level debugging, collaborate with Product and Engineering to drive fixes, create reusable support content, and mentor/share knowledge with the Support team.

Lead design, administration, and improvement of global benefits programs. Manage vendor/broker relationships, plan renewals, implementations, day-to-day operations, escalations, reporting, compliance, and cross-functional coordination across PEO/EOR and legal entity arrangements. Analyze utilization and cost data, streamline processes, and support benefits during country expansions.
