Manage and negotiate commercial technology agreements across EMEA, including subscription, AI, regulatory, professional services, and confidentiality contracts. Partner with sales and internal stakeholders, assess contractual risk, provide practical legal guidance, support sales enablement, and improve contracting playbooks, templates, and processes. The role requires commercial contracting experience in a software or technology environment, cross-border collaboration, English fluency, and UK or Ireland residence.

Provide technical direction for GitLab Dedicated, a managed single-tenant SaaS platform. Lead architecture and transformation across resilience, failover, tenant orchestration, change management, automation, and platform integrations. Identify systemic reliability and scalability risks, establish reusable platform patterns, strengthen service ownership, and guide cross-team technical decisions. Mentor senior engineers and advance engineering excellence across the organization.

Drive customer adoption of GitLab services by conducting discovery, aligning solutions to business outcomes, developing service proposals, supporting commercial negotiations, and coordinating engagement staffing and delivery. Partner with Account Executives, Customer Success Managers, Solutions Architects, and Professional Services teams to forecast services bookings, identify risks, close opportunities, and communicate customer trends. French fluency is essential.
