Leads the architecture and delivery of GitLab’s static analysis engine and evaluation tooling. Owns program modeling, vulnerability detection quality, SAST rules, AI-assisted development guardrails, and benchmark validation. Sets technical direction, mentors engineers, coordinates complex initiatives, contributes to research and open source, and participates in on-call rotations. The role requires deep program analysis, application security, systems programming, performance optimization, containerized CI/CD, and experience building trustworthy LLM tooling.

Leads GitLab’s distributed EMEA Deal Desk team and owns regional quoting, pricing, order management, and sales-booking operations. The role manages hiring and enablement, handles complex transactions and escalations, advises Sales leadership on pricing and commercial strategy, and ensures alignment with global policies. It also develops executive insights on deal quality, discounts, cycle times, exceptions, and pricing effectiveness while coordinating downstream billing, fulfillment, revenue recognition, and customer execution.

Serve as a technical advisor to EMEA prospects, leading discovery, demonstrations, workshops, proofs of value, solution design, and technical evaluations. Partner with account executives to support new customer acquisition, advise on DevSecOps, cloud, security, and software development practices, and build trusted customer relationships. Provide customer feedback to Product, Engineering, Sales, and Marketing while creating reusable technical guidance and collateral.
