Lead Global Value & Access IT solutions from ideation through delivery and support, prioritizing roadmap, implementing/enhancing pricing systems, AI, collaboration/knowledge tools, data lake, and SaaS security assessments while partnering with business and vendors to drive measurable value.

Provides administrative and business support to a pharmaceutical commercial organization. Responsibilities include coordinating peer-to-peer meeting programs, setting up vendors, managing budgets and trackers, organizing conferences and meetings, coordinating promotional material inventories and shipments, and updating marketing literature. Requires strong administration, communication, stakeholder management, prioritization, data management, advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills, and familiarity with pharmaceutical systems such as Veeva PromoMats and SAP.

Lead platform security initiatives: define requirements, evaluate and implement security technologies (EDR, DLP, SOAR, SIEM), troubleshoot across Windows/Linux/macOS, develop architectures and documentation, manage security tool sustainment, update policies, and partner with IT and stakeholders to mitigate risk.
