Leads technology strategy, roadmap, governance, and delivery for digital marketing, content, web, analytics, and AI capabilities across Gilead’s Ex-US Commercial organization. Partners with Commercial, Medical, Legal, Compliance, and IT stakeholders to deliver scalable solutions using Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Veeva Vault PromoMats, AWS, Databricks, and other platforms. Owns product lifecycles, vendor management, demand planning, analytics, AI enablement, and compliant digital transformation.

Leads global Phase I–IV clinical trial execution across programs, overseeing teams, budgets, timelines, CROs, vendors, regulatory compliance, risk mitigation, and cross-functional study management. Provides strategic and therapeutic leadership, manages resources and organizational change, develops SOPs and clinical documentation, and ensures high-quality trial delivery. Requires substantial oncology experience, including several years designing and delivering Phase I first-in-human trials.

Leads clinical development strategy and execution for multiple myeloma cell therapy programs, overseeing clinical trial design, conduct, reporting, medical monitoring, regulatory communications, and scientific presentations. Develops Target Product Profiles and Clinical Development Plans, collaborates cross-functionally and with external partners, supports business development evaluations, engages scientific thought leaders, and manages a team. The role requires an MD/DO, extensive biopharma drug development expertise, and strong knowledge of oncology, cellular therapy, regulatory requirements, and late-stage trials.
