Develop and tune Microsoft Sentinel detections, conduct threat hunting with Defender XDR, improve playbooks through purple-team findings, mentor SOC analysts, manage MSSP escalation, and brief technical and senior non-technical stakeholders during incidents.

Direct major UK data centre and mission-critical infrastructure projects from strategy and feasibility through design, construction support, commissioning and operational readiness. Lead multidisciplinary teams, manage scope, programme, commercial performance, quality and risk, advise senior clients, oversee utilities and technical interfaces, develop proposals, strengthen accounts and grow the business. Champion safety, sustainability, technical excellence and project management capability.

Leads multidisciplinary design teams on AMP8 water and wastewater projects across optioneering, design, and construction support. Coordinates technical interfaces, risks, decisions, reviews, assurance, and stakeholder relationships while supporting programme, budget, quality, safety, sustainability, and constructability objectives. The role also contributes to work winning, framework development, continuous improvement, and mentoring technical team members.
