Collects and analyzes financial and operational data from farms, conducts farmer interviews, and produces accurate annual farm business accounts for industry research and benchmarking. Builds relationships with agricultural businesses, travels regularly to farms, and may mentor colleagues, support recruitment, and contribute to regional sector reports. Requires knowledge of British agriculture, farm business management, Microsoft Office, and a valid driving license.

Supports tactical execution and day-to-day management of the Sexcel and IntelliGen product lines. Coordinates cross-functional initiatives, gathers requirements, tracks timelines, monitors market and competitor trends, builds dashboards, develops sales and product materials, and contributes to lifecycle analysis and financial reporting. The role collaborates with R&D, Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Supply Chain in a remote environment with periodic travel.

Plan and execute risk-based testing of financial and non-financial controls, assess control effectiveness, document evidence-based conclusions, and communicate findings to stakeholders. Support remediation planning, peer review, quality assurance, and improvement of the internal controls framework. Use GRC tools to document testing and track remediation, while delivering assigned workstreams within agreed scope, time, cost, and quality requirements.
