Support the European Finance team with accounts receivable, cash receipts, expense claim processing, balance sheet reconciliations, fixed asset monitoring, reporting, journal entries, collections support, and cross-team assistance while improving processes and mastering accounting software.

Manage sustainability certification processes (LEED, WELL, BREEAM, Fitwel, Living Building Challenge, Net Zero) and provide sustainable design guidance from pre-design through post-occupancy. Coordinate technical analysis (Revit, IES, energy/daylighting modeling), consultant teams, project fees/staffing, and client relationships. Support business development, track regulations/incentives, and share lessons across projects.

The Studio Coordinator is responsible for day-to-day studio management, supporting staff and clients, event promotion, onboarding, diary coordination, travel arrangements, and maintaining studio standards.
