Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments, system receiving, physical packing, inventory counts, logistics invoices, and purchasing. Monitor delivery status, resolve shipment issues, maintain accurate documentation and inventory records, follow SOPs and safety requirements, and collaborate with carriers, procurement, and internal teams. The role is onsite, involves lifting packages, and requires strong attention to detail and proficiency with Excel and inventory or shipment-tracking systems.

Leads integrated, multi-channel marketing campaigns and content strategy for ProBio's life sciences services. Owns marketing plans, customer journey mapping, value propositions, messaging, stakeholder alignment, budgets, performance measurement, and optimization. Partners with commercial, product, scientific, regional marketing, and external teams to drive awareness, engagement, pipeline, revenue, and customer experience. Presents strategies and insights to senior leadership while independently managing complex initiatives.

Provide day-to-day office and facilities administration, vendor and stakeholder coordination, travel and event arrangements, IT asset support, compliance of administrative processes, and general support for employees, visitors, and office projects to ensure efficient operations.
