Owns marketing plans, customer journey mapping, value propositions, messaging, stakeholder alignment, budgets, performance measurement, and optimization. Partners with commercial, product, scientific, regional marketing, and external teams to drive awareness, engagement, pipeline, revenue, and customer experience. Presents strategies and insights to senior leadership while independently managing complex initiatives.

Provide day-to-day office and facilities administration, vendor and stakeholder coordination, travel and event arrangements, IT asset support, compliance of administrative processes, and general support for employees, visitors, and office projects to ensure efficient operations.

The role involves developing and executing business strategies for market penetration in the EU, managing customer relationships, and leading deals in the biopharma industry.
