Build and maintain Python-based test automation frameworks and suites. Lead enterprise architecture vision, strategy, and roadmaps across clinical, research, data, digital, and corporate capabilities. Define principles, standards, target architectures and transition plans; assess current-state, reduce duplication, and guide major initiatives. Influence senior stakeholders, establish governance, work with security, data, engineering and vendors, and promote reusable patterns to ensure coherent, sustainable technology outcomes.

Lead workforce planning, staffing governance and resourcing operations. Maintain the organisational workforce plan, manage staffing processes, produce workforce MI, track contingent labour, support capacity and capability planning, improve data quality and governance, and partner with stakeholders to prioritise roles and optimise deployment.

Lead architecture, design and delivery of enterprise-scale genomic healthcare solutions. Guide squads, influence stakeholders, ensure interoperability (FHIR/GA4GH), cloud/hybrid integration (AWS, HPC, petabyte storage), data governance, metadata management and reusable patterns to support analytics, secure data access and large-scale genomic research services.

Work within multidisciplinary teams to design and run genomic and multi-omics analyses (WGS, GWAS, rare variant testing, fine-mapping, MR). Prepare, QC and harmonise datasets, build and refine pipelines and containers (Nextflow, cloud), benchmark methods, and produce reports and publications. Act as a domain expert supporting internal and external stakeholders on study design, analysis and interpretation in human disease genetics.
