Lead expansion sales across Genesys' UK & Ireland install base, manage and coach Account Executives, drive AI adoption and upsell within existing enterprise accounts, own pipeline, forecasting and MEDDPICC discipline, negotiate multi-year deals, and act as executive sponsor to grow customer lifetime value.

The Business Development Representative generates sales pipeline through inbound and outbound activity, engaging with enterprise accounts and collaborating with Account Executives and Marketing. Responsibilities include lead qualification, communications, and maintaining sales records.

The manager will lead a team of Solution Consultants, driving sales strategy, ensuring technical excellence, and supporting customer engagement efforts within SaaS and AI domains.
