Teams at Genesys

Lead expansion sales across Genesys' UK & Ireland install base, manage and coach Account Executives, drive AI adoption and upsell within existing enterprise accounts, own pipeline, forecasting and MEDDPICC discipline, negotiate multi-year deals, and act as executive sponsor to grow customer lifetime value.

Generate qualified UKI sales pipeline through high-volume outbound prospecting using phone, email, LinkedIn, Salesloft, Salesforce, and AI tools. Research target accounts, identify decision-makers, personalize messaging, cold call prospects, qualify opportunities, and collaborate with Account Executives and Marketing. Maintain prospecting activity, CRM discipline, account plans, and pipeline targets. Attend customer, partner, and industry events across the UK and Ireland as required while working in a hybrid London office environment.

Provides high-level administrative and strategic support to the SVP of Customer Success for EMEA. Responsibilities include managing complex calendars, coordinating customer and leadership engagements, preparing briefings and communications, tracking actions, managing travel and expenses, supporting events and cross-functional initiatives, and handling confidential information across multiple countries, cultures, and time zones.
