Engage and qualify inbound prospects through phone, email, and digital channels; understand customer needs, identify stakeholders, prioritize leads, and convert qualified interest into sales meetings. Maintain accurate CRM records, follow up with prospects, collaborate with Marketing, BDRs, and Account Executives, attend relevant events, and develop technology sales, prospecting, and qualification skills within the UKI organization.

Lead full sales cycle for UK enterprise customers, selling Genesys AI-powered cloud CX solutions. Build pipeline, run MEDDPICC-driven discovery, engage C-level stakeholders, create value-led proposals, close complex SaaS deals, and collaborate with SDRs, solution consultants, marketing, and customer success to drive growth.

Lead expansion sales across Genesys' UK & Ireland install base, manage and coach Account Executives, drive AI adoption and upsell within existing enterprise accounts, own pipeline, forecasting and MEDDPICC discipline, negotiate multi-year deals, and act as executive sponsor to grow customer lifetime value.
