The manager will lead a team of Solution Consultants, driving sales strategy, ensuring technical excellence, and supporting customer engagement efforts within SaaS and AI domains.

Plan, execute, optimize and report digital marketing programs across UK&I, Nordics and Benelux to drive account engagement, pipeline and revenue. Manage paid media, content syndication, email nurture, webinars, WordPress landing pages, vendor/agency relationships, budgets and performance analytics to support Account-Based Engagement and regional demand generation.

Lead expansion sales across Genesys' UK & Ireland install base, manage and coach Account Executives, drive AI adoption and upsell within existing enterprise accounts, own pipeline, forecasting and MEDDPICC discipline, negotiate multi-year deals, and act as executive sponsor to grow customer lifetime value.
