Plan, execute, optimize and report digital marketing programs across UK&I, Nordics and Benelux to drive account engagement, pipeline and revenue. Manage paid media, content syndication, email nurture, webinars, WordPress landing pages, vendor/agency relationships, budgets and performance analytics to support Account-Based Engagement and regional demand generation.

Lead expansion sales across Genesys' UK & Ireland install base, manage and coach Account Executives, drive AI adoption and upsell within existing enterprise accounts, own pipeline, forecasting and MEDDPICC discipline, negotiate multi-year deals, and act as executive sponsor to grow customer lifetime value.

Support customer-facing AI initiatives by helping discover use cases, build demos and prototypes, configure and test conversational AI experiences, assist integrations with APIs and data sources, participate in workshops and presentations, and document outcomes while learning LLMs, RAG, and prompt design.
