Own and grow a defined portfolio of direct EMEA accounts by retaining and upselling renewals, qualifying inbound leads, arranging client meetings, identifying at-risk accounts, and collaborating with Customer Success Directors and external account managers to meet revenue targets.

This role involves leading engineering enablement and operations, focusing on adopting AI technologies, improving developer experience, and ensuring operational effectiveness in a large engineering organization.

Lead GBG's global content strategy and editorial roadmap, manage and develop the Content team, and create high‑impact thought leadership, campaign narratives and executive messaging. Build content governance, run end‑to‑end content operations, oversee editorial calendar and agency/freelancer relationships, and define KPIs with Marketing Operations to measure and optimize content performance.
