Apply IFRS to complex transactions (share-based payments, financial instruments, hedge accounting, revenue, leases), manage pension accounting and impairment testing, prepare accounting memos, maintain group accounting policies, support monthly consolidation, deliver accounting training, coordinate audits, and support M&A, system migrations and process improvements. Regular travel within Europe.

Lead global digital marketing strategy and execution for dermatology brands: define user journeys, supervise agencies, roll out platforms and playbooks, partner with IT, build KPI dashboards, localize assets across markets, and prioritize platform and content roadmaps based on performance insights.

Serve as a strategic HR partner to business leaders: advise on performance management, talent acquisition and development, employee relations, workforce planning, change management, and HR policy compliance to support organizational objectives.
