Leads clinical trial operations at investigator sites, overseeing site selection, activation, performance, recruitment, CRO and CRA activities, vendor coordination, inspection readiness, regulatory compliance, training, and study milestones. Partners with global study teams and external providers to ensure quality, timely delivery, and adherence to ICH/GCP and local regulations across clinical studies.

Lead Regulatory Affairs activities for medicinal products, medical devices, and cosmetics across the UK and Ireland. Responsibilities include product registrations, lifecycle management, post-approval submissions, regulatory strategy, promotional material approval, artwork updates, health authority interactions with MHRA and HPRA, regulatory monitoring, and inspection support. The role partners with global, regional, commercial, medical, pharmacovigilance, supply chain, and marketing teams.

Own and grow a biologics sales territory across the Midlands. Build relationships with healthcare professionals, payors, and other stakeholders; develop account plans; identify sales opportunities; communicate clinical and product value; support formulary access; organize customer engagement activities; and collaborate with Medical, Marketing, and Market Access teams while ensuring regulatory compliance.
