Teams at Galderma

Provides strategic HR leadership across Europe, the Middle East, Africa, and Canada. Partners with regional executives on people strategy, workforce planning, organization design, talent management, succession, culture, engagement, compensation, compliance, and change initiatives. Oversees consistent HR policy implementation, monitors people analytics, coaches senior leaders, supports HR technology adoption, and collaborates with country HR leaders, global HR functions, Legal, Compliance, and Privacy teams in a complex international matrix environment.

Coordinates marketing activities for dermatology aesthetics and consumer brands, including events, training, webinars, congresses, promotional email campaigns, marketing materials, retailer and healthcare professional initiatives, budgets, suppliers, calendars, reporting, and customer service processes. The role supports campaign execution, compliance approvals, purchasing, product sampling, consumer inquiries, and broader Sales and Marketing projects while collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.

Develop and execute the global social media strategy for Galderma’s dermatological skincare portfolio. Lead channel frameworks, social-first content, editorial calendars, campaign toolkits, community engagement, and global market enablement. Collaborate with Brand, Medical Affairs, Regulatory, Legal, agencies, and regional teams to ensure compliant, science-led storytelling. Track performance, conduct social listening and A/B testing, identify trends and risks, and optimize campaigns to increase visibility, engagement, credibility, and sustainable growth.
