The role also ensures accurate P&L submissions, internal control adherence, and timely financial reporting using PBCS and Coupa.

As Global Product Operations Leader for Therapeutic Dermatology at Galderma, you will lead product launches, manage product lifecycles, and drive performance improvements, ensuring high-quality operations and cross-functional collaboration.

Lead consumer sales strategy and channel planning to hit NNS and customer contribution targets. Manage trade spend, forecasting, budgets, sales targets, and retail partner propositions. Collaborate with finance, supply, and marketing. Coach and develop the sales team, enforce policies, and optimize trade investments to drive commercial KPIs.
