Lead product design for an AI-powered productivity platform, focusing on human behavior, interaction design, user research, and polished execution. Design complex AI experiences including live transcription, personalized drafts, and cross-surface workflows across web and mobile. Collaborate closely with product managers and engineers, contribute to design systems and internal tooling, and ensure products remain coherent within AI-assisted development workflows.

Own growth product vision, strategy, and execution from customer research and problem framing through experimentation, shipping, and measurable outcomes. Partner closely with engineers, founders, and leadership to improve funnels, validate ideas, and accelerate learning. Coach product teammates, establish repeatable discovery frameworks, and connect user behavior to revenue impact in a fast-paced startup environment.

Own high-impact product bets end-to-end, from discovery and hypothesis development through delivery, launch, measurement, and iteration. Partner closely with founders, engineering, and product leadership; translate qualitative and quantitative signals into product direction; define success metrics; make decisions under uncertainty; and improve company-wide discovery and decision-making practices. The role requires strong autonomy, commercial focus, customer empathy, and the ability to coach others.
