Coach product teammates, establish repeatable discovery frameworks, and connect user behavior to revenue impact in a fast-paced startup environment.

Write and edit high-converting copy across emails, landing pages, and product launches; maintain Fyxer’s tone of voice; collaborate with designers; optimize messaging using engagement data and A/B testing; conduct market, audience, and competitor research; and support acquisition, retention, and global growth in a fast-paced AI startup.

Own high-impact product bets end-to-end, from discovery and hypothesis development through delivery, launch, measurement, and iteration. Partner closely with founders, engineering, and product leadership; translate qualitative and quantitative signals into product direction; define success metrics; make decisions under uncertainty; and improve company-wide discovery and decision-making practices. The role requires strong autonomy, commercial focus, customer empathy, and the ability to coach others.
