Act as the sole Business Analyst on high-priority software projects: own end-to-end requirements, run workshops, produce FRS and user stories, lead testing/UAT, coordinate stakeholders, support project planning and governance, and assist PM communications and rollout readiness.

Serve as the technical expert for Oracle PL/SQL and Oracle APEX 24.2 across Marketforce applications. Support BAU, enhancements and development, perform SQL development, debugging and PL/SQL performance tuning, ETL tasks, and act as primary business contact while providing secondary cover for other applications.
