Teams at Fusion Risk Management

Lead and scale a team of Implementation Consultants to deliver Fusion's software implementations and enhancements. Ensure project governance, drive customer satisfaction and revenue growth, manage escalations, monitor budgets/risks, and partner cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Support. Improve PS processes, mentor staff, sponsor projects, and represent the organization with clients and executives. Travel up to 25%.

Lead net-new enterprise sales across UK/EMEA for Fusion's risk and resilience platform. Manage full consultative sales cycles, build outbound pipeline, engage C-level and risk/compliance stakeholders, partner with sales engineering/product/customer success, maintain CRM discipline, and close complex deals with banks, insurers, capital markets, and asset managers.

The Senior Implementation Consultant leads project delivery of Fusion software, working with clients to achieve successful outcomes and configurations on the Force.com platform while leveraging AI tools.
