Teams at Fusion Risk Management

Client-facing role delivering Fusions cloud-based operational resilience software on the Force.com platform. Configure systems, follow project methodology, support testing, documentation, migrations, demos, and user story management. Communicate with clients and internal teams, learn industry solutions, achieve Salesforce certifications, and leverage AI tools to improve delivery and efficiency.

Lead and scale a team of implementation consultants to deliver Fusion software implementations. Own project governance, stakeholder engagement, risk mitigation, cross-functional collaboration, and metrics tracking to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery and high customer satisfaction.

Lead net-new enterprise sales into Financial Services across UK/EMEA (and APAC optionally). Own full sales cycle from outbound prospecting to contract, engage C-level and risk/compliance leaders, build territory and account plans, collaborate with sales engineering/product/customer success, and maintain Salesforce pipeline and forecasts.
