Leads end-to-end Salesforce transformation and optimization projects, including org simplification, system consolidation, integrations, and digital communication platform enhancements. Manages project plans, budgets, resources, risks, dependencies, governance, stakeholder alignment, executive communications, and cross-functional teams across business, IT, architecture, Salesforce, and vendors. Ensures scalable solutions, quality deliverables, standardized processes, and alignment with enterprise technology objectives.

Leads multi-site LIMS rollouts and system integration projects involving SAP S/4HANA, MES, laboratory instruments, and interconnected IT landscapes. Manages project plans, timelines, dependencies, risks, stakeholders, and technical teams while ensuring end-to-end delivery. Proactively resolves issues and blockers, drives projects to completion, and applies IT project management, LIMS, system integration, and GxP documentation expertise within the life sciences and pharmaceutical industry.
