Manages the Key Account Coordinators team supporting strategic retail customer portfolios and top accounts. Oversees customer service, sales administration, order management, account requirements, escalation plans, reporting, process improvement, KPIs, coaching, and team performance. Partners with sales, logistics, product development, and internal departments to ensure smooth order execution and resolution of complex account issues. Requires strong administration, analytical, communication, client service, ERP, Microsoft Office, and Power BI skills.

Supports the Amazon EU sales team through order entry, order-book deadline reviews, purchase-order adjustments in Vendor Central, and administrative assistance. The role helps achieve sales targets and maintain high internal and external customer service standards. It requires strong organization, prioritization, attention to detail, communication, relationship-building, teamwork, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Leads paid creative strategy across DTC channels, translating business goals into channel briefs and testing roadmaps. Owns creative performance frameworks, analyzes CTR, CVR, ROAS, and fatigue, and turns insights into scalable production priorities. Manages agency and media-buying relationships, aligns creative with acquisition and retention teams, and communicates strategy to senior stakeholders. Builds processes and capabilities for performance creative while guiding a content producer and monitoring platform, AI, and production trends.
