Provides comprehensive administrative support to Senior Managing Directors and Practice Support Managers. Responsibilities include inbox and diary management, complex international travel coordination, communications, client contact and CRM maintenance, time and expense processing, invoice coding, records management, report and presentation preparation, event support, and general team administration. The role requires strong organization, discretion, communication, attention to detail, and flexibility to work outside core hours when needed.

Leads quantitative and qualitative primary research engagements from design through delivery. Responsibilities include developing questionnaires and discussion guides, managing survey fielding, conducting focus groups and interviews, overseeing vendors and quality control, analyzing research data, presenting actionable insights, managing multiple client projects, and mentoring early-career researchers.

Leads the EMEA HR strategy for a 600-employee Strategic Communications business across multiple countries. Partners with senior leaders on workforce planning, organizational effectiveness, talent and succession, performance, compensation, engagement, culture, employee relations, compliance, and change. Manages and develops regional HR Business Partners, collaborates with HR centers of excellence, and ensures people priorities align with business growth and operational goals.
