Supports the Restructuring team with administrative and investigative work across corporate insolvency cases. Responsibilities include handling visitors, post, calls, correspondence, statutory paperwork, legal documents, case onboarding, file maintenance, case management systems, and reports. The role provides full training and opportunities for professional qualifications, with increasing client-facing responsibilities as the employee develops.

Manage a portfolio of corporate insolvency cases, including administrations, liquidations, CVLs, CVAs and MVLs. Lead case strategy, statutory compliance, reporting, asset recovery and financial processes while liaising with directors, creditors, legal advisers and regulators. Supervise and mentor junior staff, manage stakeholders, support business development, contribute to training and improve internal processes. The role requires strong UK insolvency legislation knowledge and relevant professional qualifications.

Lead and manage restructuring, turnaround and insolvency engagements. Deliver strategic recovery plans, financial analysis, cash flow forecasting, stakeholder negotiation, distressed M&A and formal insolvency processes. Build client relationships, mentor junior staff, support business development and ensure compliance with legislation and professional standards.
