Directs European finance operations across London, Brussels, and Frankfurt, overseeing accounting, treasury, revenue control, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, tax returns, VAT, client money compliance, internal controls, and financial systems implementation. Leads finance staff, manages working capital, supports strategic planning, coordinates with senior leadership and external tax advisors, and ensures consistent financial procedures across offices.
