Advise on partnership structure, governance and constitutional matters. Support partner lifecycle issues, structural changes, regulatory and compliance considerations, and strategic projects. Liaise with General Counsel, Partnership Accounting and business stakeholders, contribute to risk management, policy development, PI insurance renewals, and training. Provide legal research, draftings and senior-level briefings to support firm governance and operational initiatives.

Provide cloud security assessments and advisory for Azure, M365 and GCP; optimize Defender and security monitoring; improve Conditional Access and IAM; maintain SIEM and vulnerability tooling; support cyber incident response; ensure compliance and perform audits; implement IaC best practices (Terraform) and advise on threat detection and remediation.

Manage and implement client rate agreements, maintain fee earner and matter data, review financial information for new matters, support pricing queries, perform system maintenance, produce reports, and recommend process improvements to support billing and commercial pricing operations.
