Lead Freshfields’ global performance practice and team, defining a modern AI-first performance strategy. Oversee continuous performance processes, AI tool integration, responsible governance, Workday talent systems, analytics, and links to reward, promotion, succession, and development. Partner with senior stakeholders to drive cultural change, adoption, fairness, data privacy, and high-quality performance conversations across London and Manchester.

Advises clients on employee incentive arrangements, executive compensation, share plans, management equity, and related tax, governance, securities, and regulatory matters. Responsibilities include designing and implementing incentive plans, supporting M&A and capital markets transactions, drafting documentation, negotiating remuneration issues, managing matters, mentoring junior lawyers, developing client relationships, and contributing to business development. The role requires a qualified lawyer with 2–4 years’ post-qualification experience in a top-tier incentives practice.

Develop and deliver change, adoption, engagement, communications, and training plans for global operations platforms and transformation initiatives. Partner with product, CRM, IT, and delivery teams to embed change, measure adoption, manage feedback, support change champions, and provide stakeholders with insights on readiness, risks, and business impact.
