Drive regional sales and market share for home therapy products across the Midlands and Southeast UK. Manage healthcare accounts, develop customer and key opinion leader relationships, coordinate product evaluations, achieve sales targets, forecast territory performance, and collaborate with therapy specialists. The role requires healthcare sales expertise, strong negotiation and communication skills, CRM proficiency, ABPI qualification or completion within two years, and a UK driving licence.

Supports centralized FP&A activities including periodic and management reporting, financial data extraction, validation, analytical tasks, process implementation, automation and standardization. Maintains process documentation, meets service-level metrics, and collaborates with local country teams and colleagues. Requires strong analytical and finance-process skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and a finance-related university degree.

Serve as a Record-to-Report subject matter expert, providing technical leadership, transaction review and approval, training, process improvement, project participation, audit support, and ensuring accounting complies with GAAP and global policies. Lead issue resolution, root-cause actions, and contribute to R2R tower management and stabilization of migrated entities.
