Teams at Freight Investor Services (FIS)

Two-week London broking internship rotating across freight and commodities desks. Interns will work alongside experienced brokers, learn about markets and brokerage, and complete research projects and presentations. Candidates should have a sales or performance-driven background, strong communication and numerical skills, commercial drive, networking ability, and interest in commodities, shipping, or global markets. Prior broking, finance, or commodities experience is not required.

Provides high-level administrative and executive support to the Founder, CEO, and leadership team. Responsibilities include complex diary and international travel management, inbox and expense administration, meeting and event coordination, board documentation, stakeholder liaison, office operations, facilities oversight, supplier management, and ad hoc project support. The role requires discretion, organization, strong communication, advanced Microsoft Office skills, and experience in financial or professional services.

Coordinates company events across conferences, trade shows, webinars, and internal programs; supports marketing campaigns, social media, website and newsletter content, vendor relationships, event documentation, client activities, travel arrangements, and office administration. Collaborates with sales, marketing, leadership, and international offices while providing broad business support and maintaining professional development.
