Manages virtual data rooms for client transactions and internal projects, including setup, permissions, document upload, indexing, quality checks, redaction, user support, reporting, closure, archiving, and audit logs. Ensures secure handling of confidential information and regulatory compliance while supporting legal teams, clients, and advisors. Contributes to improving data room processes and tools.

Advise corporate clients, senior executives, and professionals on employment law and HR matters, including tribunal proceedings, discrimination, redundancy, restructures, TUPE, transactions, due diligence, and employment agreements. The role requires strong communication, commercial awareness, client focus, enthusiasm for employment law, and effective teamwork within a fast-paced London employment practice.

Advises drinks, hospitality and leisure operators on commercial real estate matters, including acquisitions, disposals, developments, pre-lets, portfolio re-gears, lease and estate management, licences, variations, easements and ancillary agreements. The role also involves understanding TUPE, TOGC, capital allowances and licensing considerations, collaborating with specialists, developing client relationships and supporting a national operator client base.
