Advises drinks, hospitality and leisure operators on commercial real estate matters, including acquisitions, disposals, developments, pre-lets, portfolio re-gears, lease and estate management, licences, variations, easements and ancillary agreements. The role also involves understanding TUPE, TOGC, capital allowances and licensing considerations, collaborating with specialists, developing client relationships and supporting a national operator client base.

Qualified planning solicitor advising on planning, highways, and associated law. Responsibilities include Section 106 and statutory agreements, property and corporate transaction due diligence, and contentious planning matters including inquiries, hearings, court challenges, and judicial reviews. The role supports major development and regeneration schemes across the firm's national planning and environment group.
