Provides Level 1 and 2 IT support for employees and autonomous vehicle operations. Responsibilities include troubleshooting SaaS, operating systems, hardware, networks, identity and access systems, and office infrastructure. The role also automates workflows, manages devices and hardware lifecycles, improves self-service tools, administers SaaS platforms, documents solutions, and collaborates with HR and IT teams to enhance service delivery.

Lead and manage Lyft/Freenow's European autonomous vehicle partnerships end-to-end: originate and negotiate deals, track partner deliverables, expand deployments, inform strategy, and represent Europe in global AV BD discussions.

Own and scale Freenow's European premium mobility segment: define strategy, grow supply and demand, manage P&L and forecasting, build operating model, enforce luxury service standards, lead product and cross-functional alignment, and drive stakeholder governance.
