Supports food and beverage operations across London Stadium sporting events, concerts, and major events. Responsibilities include event planning, staffing, stock control, sales and financial reporting, supplier coordination, compliance, guest experience, and operational improvement. The role also supports recruitment, onboarding, coaching, and supervision of event-day staff while maintaining food safety, licensing, health and safety, service, and brand standards.

Supports end-to-end food and beverage operations at Twickenham Stadium and other venues. Responsibilities include event planning, service delivery, financial reconciliation, sales declarations, supplier management, team staffing and development, compliance with food safety and health and safety standards, maintenance coordination, guest satisfaction, and identifying revenue or cost-saving opportunities.

Owns the roadmap and delivery of third-party payment integrations across EPOS, ticketing, hospitality, and eCommerce platforms. The role manages technical partners, translates business requirements into specifications, coordinates engineering and stakeholders, supports product strategy and agile delivery, monitors integration performance, and ensures PCI DSS, security, and data protection compliance. It also supports testing, rollout, incident resolution, documentation, and continuous improvement.
