Provide first-line HR administration across the employee lifecycle using Workday: manage recruitment administration, new starters, leavers, employee changes, personnel files, and answer HR/benefits queries. Work closely with People Partnering and Science Operations to ensure compliant processes (including visa/right-to-work) and deliver high-quality customer service and record-keeping.

Provide paralegal support within the Legal & Governance team, assisting with legal operations projects, contract drafting and review, document and knowledge management, template and workflow development, legal research, and stakeholder-facing legal administration to improve processes and support day-to-day team activities.

Manage the B-Zero international HBV research consortium, coordinating collaborators, overseeing plans, milestones, risk, governance, budgets, reporting, and stakeholder communications to ensure programme delivery.
