The Senior Workday Developer will manage Workday platform enhancements, oversee implementation and optimization, and mentor developers, focusing on enterprise technology solutions.

Provide 1st/2nd line IT support for macOS, Windows and Linux users across the institute; log and manage requests; troubleshoot hardware, OS and networking issues; support onboarding and technical training; manage asset/stock and liaise with vendors; escalate to specialist teams and maintain service standards.

The Business Analyst will facilitate communication between users and technology, improving processes by analyzing data and recommending effective solutions while collaborating with stakeholders.
