The Senior Compositor is responsible for creating visual effects by compositing 2D, 3D, and live-action elements in Nuke, managing time effectively, and contributing to team knowledge sharing and training.

Implement and manage photorealistic lighting, shading, and scene assembly for high-end VFX shots. Integrate assets from multiple departments, optimize shading and render setups, collaborate with CG Supervisors and Compositors, reproduce real-world lighting, render required passes, and meet production schedules while troubleshooting pipeline and asset issues.

Lead and mentor a compositing team while remaining hands-on to deliver finished shots. Oversee quality, scheduling, bidding, client reviews and on-set VFX supervision. Manage colour pipeline and 2D workflows integrated with DI, CG and DMP, solve technical and artistic challenges, recruit and develop talent, and collaborate cross-departmentally to deliver high-quality VFX across film, advertising and episodic projects.
