Supports the UK Inbound immigration team with casework, visa application preparation, document review, client query responses, case management updates, presentations, training, meetings, marketing events, and project work. Handles straightforward cases under supervision and assists senior staff with complex matters. The role primarily covers Skilled Worker, Global Business Mobility, Settlement, Appendix FM, and other UK visa routes while providing professional client service and administrative support.

Leads process transformation, standardization, and continuous improvement initiatives across the firm. Facilitates workshops, maps current and future-state processes, manages cross-functional projects, develops business cases and implementation roadmaps, and tracks measurable benefits. Establishes process governance and documentation standards, analyzes operational performance data, identifies automation and AI opportunities, presents recommendations to leadership, and supports change adoption through communications, training, and stakeholder engagement.

Support UK Inbound team with day-to-day casework: prepare visa applications (Skilled Worker, Global Business Mobility, Settlement, Appendix FM), draft client responses, update case management, assist seniors on complex cases, prepare presentations/training, attend meetings/events, and provide administrative support.
