Provides reception coverage and front-of-house support for the London office. Responsibilities include greeting visitors, managing calls and meeting rooms, handling post and courier bookings, preparing documents, maintaining supplies and common areas, supporting office events, monitoring safety and access protocols, and reporting facility maintenance issues. The role also assists colleagues and visitors while ensuring smooth day-to-day office operations.

Manages US immigration caseloads, including petition-based and consular matters, legal drafting, form preparation, case setup, client communication, and file maintenance. Provides guidance, mentoring, and training to junior team members, supports workflow planning and process improvements, and contributes to billing, onboarding, and team projects. Requires strong US immigration experience, client service skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage competing deadlines.

Manages immigration matters for assigned clients across European jurisdictions, coordinating with clients, stakeholders, vendors, and internal teams. Responsibilities include drafting correspondence, tracking case milestones and expiries, reviewing documents, explaining immigration law and processes, handling consultations, maintaining case records, supporting billing, and escalating issues. The role requires Spanish immigration experience, Spanish-language skills, strong customer service and communication abilities, and the capacity to manage a high-volume caseload independently.
