Leads complex epidemiology and real-world evidence engagements for pharmaceutical and biotechnology clients. Provides scientific oversight across study design, methodology, analysis, interpretation, and communication; advises on regulatory, payer, and health technology assessment evidence needs; manages multidisciplinary teams; supports business development, proposals, thought leadership, innovation, mentoring, and practice growth.

Leads the design, analysis, and interpretation of real-world evidence and non-interventional studies using claims, EHR, registry, and linked data. Applies advanced causal inference methods, develops statistical analysis plans, ensures regulatory alignment, manages statistical teams, mentors junior staff, supports client engagements and business development, and contributes to publications, innovation, and methodological best practices.

Monitors and manages clinical trial sites from startup through closeout, conducting site visits, training teams, reviewing source data, ensuring protocol and ICH-GCP compliance, supporting audit readiness, and resolving site-level issues. Collaborates with sponsors, vendors, and cross-functional teams while traveling to investigator sites as needed. Requires clinical monitoring experience, relevant education, strong communication skills, language fluency, and a valid driver’s license.
