Manage EMEA payrolls across ~27 countries for 3500+ employees: coordinate with internal teams and external bureaus, process complex items (RSUs/stocks), ensure SOX compliance, prepare payroll journals, handle queries, support audits, and assist payroll transformation and ADP migration.
