Lead delivery of UK employment rights reform across FNZ by translating legislation into policies, operating models, governance, payroll/process changes and manager capability. Drive programme management, risk and compliance, stakeholder engagement, change adoption, training, and audit readiness while partnering with Legal, Payroll, HR Systems and business leaders to ensure consistent, scalable and legally robust ER frameworks.
