Owns the training and skill-development function for Digital TechOps Engineering. Responsibilities include designing training strategies, curricula, competency frameworks, and training matrices; scheduling and delivering hands-on sessions; managing LMS content; tracking compliance and certifications; analyzing training effectiveness; supporting career pathways; and ensuring documentation meets aviation audit standards, including EASA and FAA requirements. The role partners with engineering leaders, QA, HR, and subject matter experts to identify skill gaps and align development programs with business KPIs.

Manage and grow assigned airline and aviation customer accounts across the digital TechOps ecosystem. Responsibilities include strategic account planning, relationship management, customer reviews, product adoption, issue escalation, customer communications, CRM record maintenance, upselling, cross-selling, pipeline development, budget guidance, and commercial negotiations. The role connects customer needs with Product, R&D, Customer Services, Commercial, and Marketing teams while supporting long-term account growth and customer satisfaction.

Audits aircraft technical records and maintenance documentation, conducts aircraft and component inspections, performs quality audits, reviews technical manuals, and ensures continuing airworthiness requirements are met. The role requires expertise in aviation technical records, Hard Time and OCCM components, AMOS or similar aviation maintenance systems, accurate reporting, and strong communication skills.
