Own the global strategy, roadmap, and lifecycle for Fluence’s Power Conversion Systems portfolio. Translate customer, market, regulatory, and technical requirements into product priorities, partner with engineering on capabilities and performance targets, and coordinate global stakeholders across supply chain, procurement, commercial, quality, service, and regional teams. Drive product competitiveness, standardization, cost reduction, launches, continuous improvement, and lifecycle decisions across Americas, EMEA, and APAC.

Supports sales engagements by developing technical tools, resolving customer and contract requirements, influencing product roadmaps, and ensuring engineered designs comply with local codes and energy regulations. Partners with sales and cross-functional teams to close opportunities, address technical deviations, and support client projects across EMEA. Requires strong technical problem-solving, communication, coordination, and knowledge of power, renewable energy, or battery energy storage systems.

Lead end-to-end procurement for renewable energy projects in the UK & Ireland: sourcing, RFx, supplier qualification and onboarding, contract negotiation, cross-functional coordination, and use of procurement systems (SAP MM, Coupa, Ariba, Unifier).
