Lead end-to-end procurement for renewable energy projects in the UK & Ireland: sourcing, RFx, supplier qualification and onboarding, contract negotiation, cross-functional coordination, and use of procurement systems (SAP MM, Coupa, Ariba, Unifier).

Lead investigation and resolution of quality issues across design, installation, commissioning, and service for battery energy storage systems. Support incoming/in-process inspection programs, maintain quality records, assist testing and validation, triage nonconformances (CAPAs, JIRAs, NCRs), drive product readiness through stage gates, and collaborate globally to implement proactive quality systems and supplier quality processes.

Lead IPP-focused sales for UK & Ireland, define segment strategy, manage and coach a sales team, drive commercial negotiations and project finance outcomes, and sell integrated BESS hardware-plus-software solutions to developers and investors.

Define and implement risk-aware commercial offers by translating market feedback into scalable solutions. Build pricing and risk models, align stakeholders across Product, Technology, Legal, and Finance, produce implementation plans and contract language, and enable Sales with training and tools.

Lead sales growth across the UK and Ireland for Fluence's BESS hardware and cloud-based energy optimization software. Manage key accounts, identify new opportunities, lead commercial negotiations, and collaborate with internal technical, legal, and solutions teams. Provide market intelligence, represent the company at events, and prepare forecasts and pipeline reports to drive regional expansion.

Lead PLM and global product cost governance for complex configurable hardware. Own configuration and BOM discipline, cost curves, CPQ data integrity, change governance, cross-functional cost-down execution, and represent outcomes to executive leadership while building a scaling team.

Lead valuation and investment modeling for BESS and hybrid projects. Develop standardized IRR/NPV/TCO frameworks, build complex financial models, perform sensitivity and scenario analysis, support strategic deals and pricing, and advise executives and commercial teams on project finance and market/regulatory factors.

Lead controls-related service activities for BESS operational projects: ensure control system performance, grid-code compliance, software/firmware lifecycle, RCAs, upgrades, and continuous improvement to maximize reliability and customer satisfaction.

Design, integrate, and support SCADA and OT networks for battery energy storage systems across EMEA. Lead system architecture, testing, troubleshooting, documentation, and customer technical interfaces. Monitor performance, drive root-cause analyses and continuous improvements, and support upgrades, lab testing, and field service activities with occasional travel.

Provide independent quality assurance across utility-scale BESS projects in Europe, conducting inspections, audits, FATs, and ITPs; manage NCRs, RCA, CAPA; support supplier and contractor quality, monitor metrics, drive continuous improvement, and collaborate with PM, engineering, construction, commissioning, and supply chain teams. Regular travel (~50%).

Lead operational health and safety for Fluence UK & Ireland BESS projects across development, construction, commissioning, operations and service. Provide H&S advice, audits, inspections, contractor assurance, incident investigation, training, and regulatory compliance to drive continual improvement and enforce ISO 45001 and CDM requirements.

Lead delivery of turn-key EPC/core-only battery energy storage projects (up to $30M+), ensuring safety, quality, schedule, budget and customer satisfaction. Manage engineering reviews, contractors, budgets, P&L, stakeholders, snag resolution, and compliance with codes and internal ISO 9001 quality processes. Represent Fluence with customers, suppliers and regulators; support contract negotiations and continuous improvement.
