Lead engineering execution for utility-scale EPC turnkey projects across EMEA. Manage internal teams, engineering firms, subcontractors, procurement, design reviews, technical evaluations, and project escalations. Ensure deliverables meet contractual, regulatory, quality, safety, budget, and schedule requirements. Provide technical responsibility for renewable energy, battery storage, and medium- and high-voltage systems while driving value engineering and process improvements.

Own the global strategy, roadmap, and lifecycle for Fluence’s Power Conversion Systems portfolio. Translate customer, market, regulatory, and technical requirements into product priorities, partner with engineering on capabilities and performance targets, and coordinate global stakeholders across supply chain, procurement, commercial, quality, service, and regional teams. Drive product competitiveness, standardization, cost reduction, launches, continuous improvement, and lifecycle decisions across Americas, EMEA, and APAC.

Supports sales engagements by developing technical tools, resolving customer and contract requirements, influencing product roadmaps, and ensuring engineered designs comply with local codes and energy regulations. Partners with sales and cross-functional teams to close opportunities, address technical deviations, and support client projects across EMEA. Requires strong technical problem-solving, communication, coordination, and knowledge of power, renewable energy, or battery energy storage systems.

Lead end-to-end procurement for renewable energy projects in the UK & Ireland: sourcing, RFx, supplier qualification and onboarding, contract negotiation, cross-functional coordination, and use of procurement systems (SAP MM, Coupa, Ariba, Unifier).

Lead PLM and global product cost governance for complex configurable hardware. Own configuration and BOM discipline, cost curves, CPQ data integrity, change governance, cross-functional cost-down execution, and represent outcomes to executive leadership while building a scaling team.

Lead controls-related service activities for BESS operational projects: ensure control system performance, grid-code compliance, software/firmware lifecycle, RCAs, upgrades, and continuous improvement to maximize reliability and customer satisfaction.

Design, integrate, and support SCADA and OT networks for battery energy storage systems across EMEA. Lead system architecture, testing, troubleshooting, documentation, and customer technical interfaces. Monitor performance, drive root-cause analyses and continuous improvements, and support upgrades, lab testing, and field service activities with occasional travel.

Manage document control activities across engineering, construction, and energy infrastructure projects. Maintain document numbering, revisions, registers, transmittals, access rights, archiving, and electronic document management systems. Coordinate technical submissions and handover packages among internal teams, contractors, and suppliers. Ensure compliance with contractual, regulatory, and quality requirements, support audits and project closeout, prepare status reports, and identify document workflow risks and delays.
