Teams at Flow Engineering

Forward Deployed Engineer supporting customer adoption of Flow through technical demos, proof-of-concepts, workflow mapping, enablement, training, and deployment guidance. The role connects customers, sales, and engineering, influences the product roadmap, and helps establish technical go-to-market playbooks. Candidates should have strong software engineering fundamentals, customer-facing communication skills, and ideally experience in hardware or systems engineering, technical sales, and complex engineering industries.

Build and ship AI-powered requirements features, including drafting, consistency checks, impact analysis, intelligent suggestions, and agentic workflows. Integrate and evaluate language models while optimizing reliability, latency, cost, observability, and safety. Develop supporting infrastructure such as data pipelines, evaluation harnesses, prompt and model management, and guardrails. Work across backend, APIs, and UI, partnering with product and customers to prototype, validate, and productionize solutions.

Partner with account executives to lead technical discovery, demos, proofs of concept, and pilots for an AI-native requirements platform. Translate customer engineering workflows into product solutions, address technical and security questions, complete security questionnaires, and provide product feedback. Support customers across aerospace, defense, automotive, and regulated hardware environments, collaborating with product, engineering, and forward-deployed teams through deployment.
