The Software Engineer will develop AI-powered features for managing requirements in engineering, integrating language models, and maintaining infrastructure. Responsibilities include building workflows and collaborating with product teams to enhance system design processes.

Own the full sales cycle for mid-market engineering-led customers: prospect, qualify, demo, negotiate, and close. Build and manage pipeline with hardware, aerospace/defense, and engineering teams, drive high-velocity deal flow, partner with product and engineering to inform roadmap, represent Flow at events, and refine GTM, positioning, and pricing.
