The Video Producer will develop and drive the creative strategy for Flo's Perimenopause Mode, focusing on high-quality video content production, user engagement, and personalisation. Responsibilities include collaborating with product teams, managing production processes, and utilizing performance data for content optimization.

Lead strategy and execution of Flo's payments and subscription platform across Web, iOS, and Android. Own roadmap, subscription lifecycle, payment flows, fraud and dispute strategy, tax compliance, reconciliation, performance optimization, tooling, and cross-functional delivery to support scalable, compliant monetisation.

The Senior Product Designer will lead complex design projects, create frameworks, mentor design teams, and ensure accessibility and emotional intelligence in user experiences across Flo's app.
