Investigate technical issues, lead escalations into Support and Product, identify churn risks, and translate technical problems into customer and commercial impact. Use Salesforce, Looker, dashboards, health scores, QBRs, and performance data to develop account plans and identify opportunities. Partner cross-functionally with Success, Sales, Support, Product, and Activations.
