Serve as primary technical expert for CPS operations and sales, ensuring safe, efficient maintenance, installation, repair and commissioning. Provide technical guidance, attend site surveys, plan parts/tools, brief engineers/subcontractors, manage emergency call-out rota, review RAMS, lead investigations and root cause analysis, deliver small projects, and support service improvements and business growth.

Oversee maintenance, installation, testing, and commissioning of LV/HV switchgear across customer sites in Great Britain and Europe. Manage site teams, subcontractors, safety (QHSE), project documentation, client liaison, and reporting. Ensure Permit to Work systems, risk assessments, and safety training are implemented while supporting continuous improvement and minimizing site revisits.

Drive business growth across EMEA by developing client relationships, managing tender proposals, building partner networks for service offerings, maintaining sales pipeline, collaborating with Site Services and Supply Chain, and promoting critical power solutions to data center and facilities customers.
