Oversee maintenance, installation, testing, and commissioning of LV/HV switchgear across customer sites in Great Britain and Europe. Manage site teams, subcontractors, safety (QHSE), project documentation, client liaison, and reporting. Ensure Permit to Work systems, risk assessments, and safety training are implemented while supporting continuous improvement and minimizing site revisits.

The Head of Electrical Safety ensures compliance and safety of electrical systems, manages risks, leads investigations, and oversees training related to electrical safety.

Provide remote engineering IT support: maintain engineering IT services, manage deployment solutions (build/test/debug packages), resolve incidents and service requests, ensure device patch compliance, assist with server tasks, install and maintain software portals, and collaborate on projects and cross-team IT operations.

Own and deliver multiple critical power infrastructure projects to specification, schedule, quality, safety, and budget requirements. Manage project changes, reporting, documentation, invoicing, final accounts, client relationships, and third-party coordination. Develop timely solutions and provide accurate updates to senior project leadership. The role requires electrical engineering knowledge, project management experience, UK and European travel, and compliance with applicable company standards.
