Teams at Fleek (joinfleek.com)

Manage and grow a portfolio of marketplace customers, driving retention, wallet-share expansion, customer health, and winback activity. Engage resellers, vintage stores, and enterprise buyers through multiple channels, promote self-service, reduce refunds and cancellations, and provide product and operational feedback. Build scalable, AI-enabled account-management workflows and achieve aggressive portfolio growth and GMV targets in a fast-moving, in-office startup environment.

Lead new category and geographic expansion bets from market research through supplier onboarding, initial GMV, unit-economic validation, and scaling decisions. Build supply relationships, sell inventory into existing demand, manage cross-border logistics and operations, and determine whether to scale or terminate each venture. The role combines zero-to-one business building, commercial ownership, AI-enabled workflows, and hands-on marketplace operations, with potential to own successful categories long term.

Fleek seeks experienced founders with YC backgrounds to leverage AI in building operational and financial solutions for secondhand commerce.
